The price points and menus are very different so I'd say to look at which works better for you and make the choice

I don't think I could stomach the fact that I was ordering a $50 steak then had to pay for chips!

Have done both twice.
Homecomin' is #1 top of my list to return this year. Boathouse wasn't even considered.
