DCL - Connecting rooms?
Is it possible to book two rooms that connect? We are a family of 7, DBF has 3 kids and I have 2 so we hoped to book two rooms with a door inbetween that we can keep open - I don't particularly want to spend the cruise in a separate room from my DBF even though I know we won't spend much time in our room.
Had a look on their website but can't find much info - the deck-plan for the Dream shows rooms and says for example "room 9101 connects to room 9501" but is there actually a door that can be left open so we can use the two rooms as one large room?

yes it is possible to book connecting rooms
on the new dream ship in particular a lot more of the rooms connect compared to the other ships, the ones that do are clearly shown on the deck plans on the dcl website |

And all of those connecting rooms on the Dream are very annoying to those who don't want interconnecting rooms!
Just make sure that you put an adult on each of the room bookings obviously. You should also ensure that a note is added that you're a linked booking or they may upgrade one room and not the other!

Noticed on another site that 2 bungee cords are a good idea if you want to keep the doors open. If one closes you cannot open it from the other side. You can easily do one booking with two connecting rooms, you just need to have an adult as the lead passenger name in each cabin.
