Tips = on board

How does this work, after reading through some general posts, its seems people are budgeting up to �400 for tips on board this ship!

Is this usual?

I think the going rate is about $12 pp per night. That covers tips for all the restaurant staff etc. It soon adds up!

Are tips complusary?

whats the deal with the Tip envelopes, it sounds like, they tell you how much to out in their envelope for tips?

They give you a recommended amount. You may feel that you'd like to give more but I doubt you'll want to give less.
