USA V UK offers- Royal Caribbean

Morning,

We have cruised a couple of times, always booking with a UK agent and securing a deal including a free drinks package.

I notice that quite a few Dibbers book via a US agent and I am wondering if I can save a few pennies...

Do the US agents have access to the UK offers (free drinks ect) or in folks experience is it cheaper to book via a US agent and potentially add the extras..

All advice welcome- thanks

RCL usually have different offers running. At the moment the US is free tips, whereas the UK is free drinks.

I do not regularly track RCL prices, but the odd time that I have I have noticed that when the free drinks offer is on the UK prices are way more, up to £400 on a Med 1 week cruise for example.

I have booked a RCL cruise with ToaD for this year.

With NCL last year I booked with Viva Voyage.co.uk as they were cheaper than the US by around £300.00.

Before that I have booked Carnival directly with the cruise line, with Cruise nation as they do excellent flight cruise hotel prices and Virgin cruises.

Basically wherever I feel I am getting the best price.

Cruise Nation are currently offering an Easter Med cruise with flights and a one night stay in a balcony for £1129 each. Carnival US are wanting $1500 plus tax with no flights😳 Or hotel.

What I do like about booking with a US company or TA is you can get the price drops this includes RCL.

Thanks for the reply, I did receive a quote from ToaD and based on RCL current offers booking with Viva Voyage was much cheaper for us (we do enjoy the drinks package )

Seems there is no hard and fast rules, just check the prices and offers at the time
