Yes the new price is more in line with what I was expecting. If I had gone a week after, I would have shaved yet another $400 off. USA kids school holidays seem to impact greatly on it, but according to one Facebook page, the prices are perhaps varying more widely than before.
I am also happy because whilst I lost my big square room I got 5650 with the 6x sized balcony.

So you were already anchored (pun intended) to a price. That's an impressive balcony!

That balcony is huge. You could pitch a few tents on there!

Since I booked I’ve been looking at Royal Caribbean Harmony of the Seas and I can get 7 night Western Caribbean same time balcony for £1000 less.

So massive difference in price.

Is this worth it do you reckon, or should I cancel? I do like how you can cancel until May 2019 for no penalty.
I've also booked a Dream 4 nighter today, for Sept 2nd '19. It's a cat 5C, deck 7 midship, for 2 adults and it was £1,545.

We got a 3 night for £2550 in for a family of four 04C deck 7 which is the larger family room and it's the same price if not a little cheaper than this year's! That was a shock. I know it's a lot if you break it down but Castaway Cay is bucket list for us all so it has to be done. If we enjoy cruising we can try cheaper next time. Or better value.

Subletting could bring down the overall cost

Yes, maybe I'll sell tickets to a private deck party...

All because of one Dibber on here who helped me out by suggesting this room- thanks Chris.

Can I ask what cabin number this is?

Planning an alaska cruise but knowing where this is might help!
