Disney buses - busiest times of the day?

Say park opening was 9am what time would the resort buses start to get really packed/busy in the morning? We are staying at POR in August. I assume coming back from the parks at park closing is super packed- any other times?

POR buses are packed becaused you share the bus with POFQ. Most resorts have there own bus, so its not a problem. However the buses always go to POR first, so youll be able to get a seat and it wont be as busy until you get to POFQ.

when the bus turns up at POFQ youll notice alot of people are having to wait for the next bus.

on the way back they go to POFQ first the POR

Thats only true during quiet times. Most of the times I've been you will see dedicated buses.

They tend to be super busy between 07:30 and 10:30 but nowhere near as busy as at park closing.

Similar to mysteryjimbo above, I'd say they tend to be busy from 8:00am to 10:30am. But a lot busier at closing time.

The rest of the time the buses tend to be fine, although occasionally you can get a busy bus because there's been a large gap since the last one.
