We went to the one on the 192 near Formosa Gardens and were a bit disappointed. Everything was sticky - the floor, tables, doorhandles etc. did not feel clean. Service was good, but if we had not been seated and our order taken immediately we would have gone elsewhere. I hate "sticky".

The new one at Berry Town Center is definitely not sticky. Who knows how long that will last though.

The new Ihop on US27 is 24 hours

Sounds great not eaten at hi hop for a few years ,we are staying at highlands reserve so our plan is to eat there for our first breakfast 😀
