Glad something has happened with your complaint.
Bad customer service is unacceptable no matter where you are. Basic hygiene and cleanliness should be given no matter how much you pay. I agree whatever you call the place eurodisney, disneyland paris or joe bloggs its there for everyone to visit and should not be restricted to those fluent in French. Mistakes happened, we are human after all and common sense should be applied.
