:) Thomas Cook AOA Villas

I've booked a villa with Thomas Cook for last week in June & first week in July.
It's AOA and I wondered if anybody knew how we get our keys? Also which management company Thomas Cook is using now.
I'm travelling with 4 children, one is an infant & one is disabled. I don't want to be running about Orlando at 9pm looking for keys/villa etc...and I'm worried about getting accommodation that will be suitable for my kids.
I've heard some horror stories about AOA villas & just want to put my mind at rest. Thanks

It will most likely be Hotelbeds who are based on the 192, you will collect keys from their office at 6365 West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, easy to find. AOA villas can be a hit or miss we've had good ones and bad ones and are usually located on US27. Make sure the home is suitable for you before you unpack or you will be charged a cleaning fee if they need to move you afterwards. If it's not suitable go back to the office immediately and tell them you want moved, we done this before.
