New VIP 'experience' at DLH

Sorry if this has been posted already but I forgot about it. It's basically a new VIP dinner and Illuminations viewing experience at DLH. They used to do it a few years ago when Dreams began. I took a photo of the leaflet. Believe it has to be booked via the Concierge at DLH.

Looks the same as 'Dream to Live' which they were still doing last time we went, last November. They don't advertise it much but the board is always up in the foyer.

In March 2015 we booked it that night on a whim! (Peter's profit bonus from work was due in a few days so we put it on the credit card!). It was amazing, such a romantic
evening.

Watching Dreams on a private balcony with champagne in hand - wow, that was a night.

Looks good only a little expensive if you don't drink any alcohol, or else I would do it.

I would really love to do this. It looks amazing! But I think it would be lost on my lot. Maybe I should go alone

The food great and the service fab. Having a special view of Illuminations is wonderful. There are several non-alcoholic cocktails in the bar. You are looked after well.
As Gill says it is the same as the old Dream to Live which we did twice. Expensive, yes worth it? Oh yes.

You get cocktails (which could be non-alcoholic if you like) and nibbles, for about an hour in the bar. Then you go into fhe restaurant for a four course meal - anything you choose from their menu. Wines accompany each course (but again you could have soft drinks) finishing with coffee. Then you are taken up in the 'secret lift' to the Founder's Bar, which only Castle Club guests can use otherwise. You are served champagne and petits fours (which we asked to be wrapped in foil to take away). You then have a wonderful view of the castle show.

An incredibly romantic evening (although we also saw a dad and daughter do it - the waiter called her 'princess' throughout, it was so sweet.

No, you don't even need to be staying onsite.
