can you get replacement universal tickets

Hi Dibbers,

Just about to purchase our 14 day 3 park universal tickets through ATD as they are having a flash sale. prices look ok.

They do offer extra cover at £8 and a further one for £15.

the £8 one offers "replacement tickets sent or pick up in orlando".

anyone lost their Universal tickets and what did you do?

cheers all

Never lost a paper ticket but was always told from first joining a Disney board back in 2002 that any ticket could be replaced in park if you had a photo of the back of the ticket showing clearly the serial number/barcode etc.

Yep as above we where at US A few years back but we took photos of all the tickets both back front. I think I over did it as I all so took a photo copy of the tickets 😝 but they just looked at the ones on the mobile and replaced them.

just take a picture of the tickets. Make sure the bar code and all the digits are clear. They will replace the tickets with that evidence.

I lost mine a couple of years back but had scanned them and had the copy with me. I took them to the desk in Cabana Bay where they scanned the bar code and printed new ones no issue. I found the “lost” ones half an hour later

Also just to say that you can buy them cheaper from orlandoattractions.com, £279.20 adult, £271.20 child, compared to £289 from ATD. Link below.

orlandoattractions/t...-park-explorer

floridaescapes.co.uk are cheaper £278 adult, £270 child, but you would need to pay in full at the time of booking to get this price, whereas I think that you can pay a deposit with orlandoattractions.com. Link below for floridaescapes.co.uk

We bought 14 day Universal explorer tickets for next month from Travel Republic for £271 each & within a day or 2 they sent an email with a pdf that had the barcodes/numbers on them.
I added those onto the Universal app & we're good to go!

If I lose my phone I'll still have the barcode/numbers in my email.

Note: if physical tickets are important to you, you can get these using the app/barcodes at the guest services or hotel concierge in the Universal hotels.

Cheers
Gordon

Didn't think to look at an app.

Scan I scan any universal tickets to the app.

One I get the paper ones?

I don't know specifically about the physical card tickets you get.

but if it's the same as the others I think you scan!
