I wouldn't do a solid 2-3 weeks on site again, as brilliant as it was not only was it very expensive but we felt we were missing on the outside world a bit (bear in mind we were on the deluxe dining plan so 90% of our meals were on site).

Bit of a faff, but multiple resort stays will be the way forward for us from now on to get the best of all worlds.

/edit - I may be slightly bitter as my last memory of our honeymoon is having to go downstairs to Beach Club Marketplace and buy a case for $200 as we had given the hire car back at the Swan and Dolphin a couple of days before to save a few quid (ha!) and had run out of space in the 4 full size cases we had and only had about 30 mins until the car arrived to take us back to MCO

On site is the only way we want to stay in Orlando, we love being in the Disney bubble for 2 weeks!

Personally I love eating off site it's part of the experience for us so no an entire stay at Disney would not interest me. A few days fine but not two weeks. Id feel suffocated I think.

Dh and I debate this all the time. He always wins the argument because we have three young teenagers, the girls need a bit of privacy.

If we were to even attempt to replicate the space onsite we're talking a two bed villa.

We've been onsite at WL in 2008 and I loved it, dh did too, but dh was constantly moaning about lack of space, distance from elevator to room, pool etc.

He is MUCH happier offsite, and feels the money spent onsite cant be justified. SO this time round we are keeping all the reciepts to see if his logic bears out.

We shall see...
