Thanks for the recommendations, I just booked a Premium SUV with Andy. Price was excellent and customer service with questions and an issue I had were amazing, even resolving one late last night, I didn't expect an answer so quickly!

If you book through a third party like Andy, and have a problem with the car are you dealing with the person you booked with or the car rental company?

Always the car company for a mechanical issue or overbilling etc.

A 3rd party supplier is just a mechanism to get into the supplier. Sometimes cheaper and sometimes dearer - not that anybody would pay more!

Just to add to the list, I've just booked with Andy for next year and he's been extremely helpful throughout the process answering questions and making sure I've filled in everything for the satnav rental as well. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

As Tom says, if its a issue with the vehicle you're using whilst you're there, you'd contact Alamo. If its anything else such as billing then its the third party that'd resolve the issues for you.

Massive thumbs up to Andy @DFCH, full size SUV dropped by £42, emailed Andy and within minutes my booking was re done at lower rate, quality service. Lets just hope Alamo have some left when we arrive, LOL
