My children are in a Scout group, I have not camped since school. They make pancakes, french toast and a full fry up for breakfast.

Chicken curry is a favourite, they mix yogurt and curry paste. Also chicken stir fry, chicken in wraps and chilli with rice.

I would maybe make chilli and baked potatoes before you go, easy heat up for your first night.

as someone who camps regularly (2-3 times per year for the last 25 years or so) i would forget "cooking" and limit it to barbecue-able food and bread products. maybe a bit of cheese and salad to go with it

during the main cook in the evening, cook some sausages for breakfast, then just warm them up on a frying pan/camping stove in the morning

take a coolbox, freeze any meat you arent going to be eating in the next 24 hours, and keep it chilly with frozen cans of cider (or whatever beverage you prefer)... you should be able to keep meat frozen/cold for a full weekend. especially if topped up with a bag or two of party ice
