Magic Bands

We’re off at the beginning of August and are trying to get the upgraded magic bands but nothing other than the standard colours are ever available

Anyone had any better luck?

Nobody has had any luck for a while now, the upgraded bands ran out after not much more than a few hours. Maybe look again in a couple of weeks.

Just checked our reservation and for the first time there were 2 premium magic bands one of the castle and the other Darth Vader - we don't go until April next year so hoping others will start to appear

I saw the Darth Vader earlier but it has gone again now and back to plain colours.

I'm in the same position- I want to upgrade all 5 of us- I believe it needs to be done at the same time so really need a lot more than one or 2 additional options

Good luck, they sell out as quick as they are listed, and yes they are updated as friends are going and some more where listed, then a few hours later when they had all there family together to choose, the options have either gone or changed. They phoned up and were told that limited supplies are coming in as demand it greater than expected, but on a side note, our 2020 UK booking has different options than our US 2019 booking, which tells you something.

Poor service from Disney, knowing full well that this option was going to be very popular.

I agree , no idea why they didn’t out a 180 date restriction on them , ridiculous people bought them that aren’t going until 2020!

We managed to order ours but i was notified a week later that mine is out of stock but Hubby and Son got theirs! I got a sorry code to order one at a discounted rate from Disney Store US but it can only be shipped to an address in-the US!

Just logged on and there were several choices back in stock- completed order for Darth Vader, Cinderella's Castle and Minnie mouse fingers crossed!
