Apple spread

Need some creative ideas on how to use up a jar of M&S Bramley Apple Spread. Label says "perfect to pair with savoury dishes or use in baking". Haven't opened it yet but assume consistency like jam or lemon curd. Could possibly just spread on toast or hot cross buns, but would rather"make" something with it. Any ideas?

My god daughter who lives in Romania mixes it in with sweet potatoes
Or vanilla ice cream or serves it like we serve apple sauce with pork it�s sweeter though
You can also use it in cocktails

Would make some Danish pastries with it, or "jam" tarts. Would it dry out in the oven to make an apple "leather"?
