DVC Booking/Waitlist probs on website-Techie help

I am having trouble trying to book and/or waitlist rooms at my home resort.

The problem seems to be with the dvc website.
Has anyone else experienced issues?
When i get through to the very last page authorising my waitlist, i get a message saying
This page is temporarily unavailable and we are working on it.

I've tried clearing cahe, clearing cookies and data .I've used a different internet connnection and a different laptop but still nothing. the same message. dvc told me to clear cookies etc as this was an old page but had since been sorted.

If theres any techies out there.any idea whats going on?

Yes I’ve been having the same problem for several weeks, dvc can’t/won’t fix it so I’m forced to phone dvc every time I want to make a waitlist reservation

Sounds like it's down today- how long has it being happening? Websites always messing up. When I tried to book my last trip it refused to let me as Riviera was not open for time of booking (I wasn't booking Riviera, and it was Xmas so it would be open) and my Riviera points couldn't be used (I don't have any). Go figure. Fortunately it rectified a short time later.

This has been going on with me for about 10 days! The rooms i'm trying to get are really limited and are gone at the drop of a hat so i need to be able to book or waitlist them the minute the window shows up. sadly i have NO days booked because of this systems glitch and have missed my position on the wailist queue more than once. i am pretty annoyed about this now!

I'll be going online for a chat (yet again) to see if problem can be resolved.

I have to wait till 2pm before i can do anything now!

Someone must be looking after me!

After all my ranting, I managed to secure 7 nights(yesterday and even modified today and added a night.

I got my studio and am well pleased.

Just need 8 more days to complete our holiday.

Meantime, waitlist page still doesn't appear to be working but i have reported it to dvc member services and to the online chat asking they get the techies involved!
