What are DVC points/properties? How do they work? What does it mean? !

It�s a timeshare system with Disney. If you search on the dibb you�ll find all the information you need. Sorry to be vague but it�s a very large question did you have a specific one?

It�s a timeshare where you buy points farther than weeks depending on what time of year you stay point per stay varies. You have to pay an annual dues payment which pays for upkeep etc.

Disney sell the timeshare but it is possible to buy second hand points (resale) or rent one off points from an owner.
