Delta Lost and Found. Zip Code problem

Hi all!
Can anyone please help me? My husband left his iPad on our Delta flight from Orlando to Atlanta. We filled out a missing item form and amazingly, Delta have said they have found it!

They sent us a link for another form to complete but this form won’t allow us to put in our UK postcode (the box asks for a zip code and is a required field).

We have selected United Kingdom from the drop down box but it still insists on a zip code.
Any ideas as to what we can do? Does anyone have any experience of this?

All zeros can work in some cases. Worth a try.

If it is any zip code you need if you PM me l will give you our zip code. I am assuming you just need one to fill in paperwork and not to send the phone to?

I had this problem on a key delivery form from a US rental agent .

I just squeezed my full UK address including postcode into the available boxes and then used 33947 as the zipcode.

The envelope arrived OK. The zipcode was printed as part of the address on the label but someone (presumably the post office) had crossed it out.

We have managed to override the zip code and are now awaiting further instruction for the next step from Delta. Thanks very much for your replies. Much appreciated x

Hi, still faffing with this, Delta has replied saying I must fill in the form (the same form I thought I had filled in) so I’m pretty sure that what I’ve done hasn’t actually worked. The Delta form is not very user friendly. If/when I have success I will report back with full details. Thanks
