Do you know who your "Guide" is?

Our original guide was Nick Cotton who now heads up DVC Resale Market, he was ok but we never had any further dealings with him. His replacement was the memorably named Wayne Teats!

We bought direct and are quite friendly with our guide. He’s really lovely and never put any pressure on us even before we bought. We regularly meet up with him each time we go and he always gives us a load of fast passes and a few other goodies. Last time I took him out some nice tea and biscuits etc which he really appreciated. Seeing him again when we go this month.

Our Guide always used to call us on each trip and the occasional email but not heard from him for a few years so I presume he has left.

I don't think there is any need to know who your Guide is, I'm sure if I called and said I wanted more points they would soon find someone to talk to me!

Mine is/was Randy something, only ever heard from him once and that was many years ago.

I think if you buy resale they more or less see you as a lost cause, it's the direct they prefer as they are less likely to understand the savings going resale.

Probably Randy Kruger the same as me. He was the original Sales Guy at OKW when it opened. He now works from home not onsite.
