How do you personalise magic bands?

I'm asking on behalf of a friend. They are staying at akl for a night and will have magic bands in their room.v they want to personalise them with a character and link them to their tickets.

It's Neen a couple of years since we had them and I don't remember adding a character to ours

The only free personalisation you can do is to choose the colour and what name/nickname you want written on the inside of them. You do that on MDE. There are companies that sell stickers that wrap around the whole band that can be personalised.

To link everything, your friend just needs to link her resort booking to MDE, then link her tickets. That will automatically link her tickets to the magic bands.

In some of the Disney shops and Pin Trading shops they sell Magic Band Bandits ( lots of different characters etc) which attach to the wee holes in the band ... That may help.

Magic Bands are moving to Magic Band 2 (with detachable mickey head) so make sure that the companies that sell stickers have updated their designs to fit the new magic bands.

Is the magicband 2 avaliable to buy in the parks yet?
