avis pre paid

how can you see what you have or more importantly ticked on your avis account

I'm wondering this too. It seems the majority of people who have had extra charges have booked through BA. I've booked through holiday autos and it says on the voucher "you have paid for insurance through AXA so there's no need to pay for additional insurances at the counter." I can't get onto AVIS by the voucher no, account no, or customer no, so will wing it and firmly say no when we collect the car. Did you book directly with AVIS or a 3rd party?

hi we booked through BA, interestingly we have just noticed our last invoice stated we accepted some charges including fuel. Just spoke with avis and had these refuned but will check much more closely in garage.

i still cant find where we ticked or can change on website

Sorry I can't help you any further, on mine it just says I've agreed full-to-full which is correct but there's no charge for it as far as I can see

I logged into Avis.com using my surname and confirmation number (on BA rental voucher)

I didn't have ticks but it looks like this

Strangely though mine says accepted and my sisters for same week says included but both balances say zero

I will just double check at garage
