SeaWorld Orlando Brings Summer Nights To Life With Electric Ocean

When the sun goes down, the night comes to life during SeaWorld's all-new Electric Ocean celebration. The evening event transforms the park into an imaginative and immersive undersea world that glows, entertains and excites.

Families come together for a fun-filled and unique dance party at Club Sea Glow, featuring world-class DJs and 35 live performers. Specialty acts, puppeteers and entertainers interact with the crowd throughout the night, creating an energetic outdoor night club for guests of all ages.

The evening comes to an amazing end when "Ignite" erupts across the park's lake. This all-new nightly firework display includes synchronised water effects that shoot up to 100 feet in the air, choreographed to a powerful musical score. The night sky illuminates with brilliant pyrotechnic effects, towering flames, and intricate laser projections that dance above the audience.

The excitement of Electric Ocean extends through the park with exclusive summer night entertainment. The return of fan-favourite "Sea Lions Tonite" leaves guests laughing during a parody skit about a SeaWorld visit through the eyes of sea lion superstars, Clyde and Seamore. The show also features one of the park's favorite acts, the SeaWorld Mime, setting the tone for a fun-filled time.

"Shamu's Celebration: Light Up The Night" continues to inspire guests and is the perfect show to enjoy before taking part in the Electric Ocean events.

With extended park hours, thrill seekers are invited to take on SeaWorld's three iconic coasters under the stars. Riders can soar into the night sky on Mako, Orlando's tallest, fastest and longest rollercoaster, Manta, the unique flying coaster, and Kraken Unleashed, the all-new virtual reality rollercoaster experience.

From sweet to savoury, guests can try new treats from the new menu created exclusively for Electric Ocean, including craft beers, salted caramel popcorn ice cream, tasty tostadas and decadent Belgian waffles. The best way to savour and save on all Electric Ocean has to offer is with a Snack Pack Sampler Lanyard, which allows guests to select 5 snacks or drinks including new items and fan-favourites such as the iconic Shamu ice cream bar. The lanyard is available for $25 and can be purchased at the park.

Is there a recommended place to stand for watching this? or are you all in an arena area? (not up on where to go in SeaWorld for the shows etc. as we normally only do Disney ).

We will be able to catch this as we fly out on the first of Aug, you would think it would be on until middle of Aug at least though.

After 5th of August I have noticed prices of hotel rooms drop off significantly so I am guessing some schools must go back earlier
