I personally wouldn't fastpass this. I would just arrive handy to get a decent spot.

There is special seating but I would not waste a fastness on it. Just get there in plenty of time.

Waste of a FP unless you use up all your FP's and pick up Fant at a later hour. Usually there's FP's left a few hours before.

The theatre is pretty much split 3/4 for FP & Dining Package Guests & the final 1/4 for standby guests.

Even with a FP you could end up sitting right on the end row. It says turn up between 7:50 and 8:05, but ignore that. Your FP is valid as soon as Fant opens at 7:30...right through till even after show start. There'll be an announcement on Hollywood Boulevard if they're doing a final call for FP guests.

If you want good seats I'd try and pick up a FP once you've used your first 3 FP's. Then turn up at some point before 8 but, ideally, the earlier you get there the better the seat. FP starts two sections from the middle at the Pocahontas section & goes right the way round to the left through Maleficent, Jafar, Hades and Beast sections. The later you are the further round you'll be. In busier times FP holders will even be sat in the standing area right at the back.

To put it short. A FP guarantees you entry into the show but not a section or even a proper seat. There's also nothing really to stop stand by guests migrating to 'better seats' in the FP areas. They just can't get in the Dining Package sections, but nor can regular FP holders.

All a bit of a lottery but you can hold your seating destiny in your own hands by turning up early and making use of the food and drinks on sale inside, plus the pre-show music is brilliant

Thanks so much for the replies I cancelled my fp and booked TSM! Only ever saw it once and we didn't have great seats so we will get there early this time instead!

Thanks again
