Which beach?

Hi. Not going until 2018 but thinking already of options. Am currently thinking 7 days Orlando and 5 days beach. We've been to Anna Maria island and loved it but my son will be 15 and I think he will be bored this time at Anna Maria. Although we went in August last time and this time we are looking at October. So advice please... what's Anna Maria like in October? If it's still quiet, What other beach location would you stay at with a 15 year old for 5 nights. Thanks

Not all 15 year olds are the same so you have to tell us more about his preferences.

AMI is OK for everyone, if they have the right character, but will be more suitable for the over 50s.

When I was 15 I would have preferred Miami or Daytona.

I'd be more inclined to head to Daytona, AMI is on the quiet side.
