Mobile August 2018- Naples?

Hi, currently in Kissimmee and already planning next years holiday! It will be me, dh, ds11,ds14. We've been 4 times now and done Disney every time. This time we went to Clearwater and stayed a night and really enjoyed it. Seriously thinking of 2 wks in Naples next year?
Boys would like their own pool (we always stay in villas) they love going in the warm sea and being generally boisterous! DH hates sunbathing and likes looking round places. Is there enough to keep us occupied for 2 wks? Are there the typical American chains to eat at e.g. Longhorns etc? Did think of a split stay doing universal but the price of tickets has put paid to that. Any advice would be appreciated!

Naples is a great base in SW Florida and many things to suit all family likes.
From there you can go to many beaches, take boat trips, go dolphin watching, visit the Everglades, go to the zoo, shop in huge outlet Malls & regular Malls, go on nature trails, hire Segways / bikes / boats/ water skis and para sails. Drive over to Sanibel & Captiva Island and explore wildlife and see gorgeous sunsets. There is also movie theatres, ten pin bowling, golf courses, tennis courts and live shows & concerts.
Re restaurants - all the usual chains: Cheesecake Factory, Outback, Longhorns, Carrabbas, Bahama Breeze, Denny's, Applebees, TGIFridays, etc as well as many waterfront restaurants and some right on the beach. The great thing about Naples (and the whole of SW Florida) is the variety of things to do.
