$0 balance on Avis paperwork

We have booked with BA/AVIS and have our prepaid voucher can anyone tell me when we collect our car should the paperwork say $0 balance? When we have used Alamo before it has always said $0 and just want to check it should be the same. Thanks

My balance on Avis says $800+ dollars, yet its been paid up front via BA Fly drive.

Mine say I have balances to pay on the app and online and that's the confusing bit as it's all paid up, I presume when we collect the paperwork they give us will say $0. As you go before me if you have time can you let me know?

We collected in February from Tampa and noticed our paperwork on collection said estimate charges 191.44. I went back over to the kiosk as like you our paperwork with Alamo had always said 0. They said it was all pre paid so I queried the amount and they tried saying I'd agreed to extra but eventually went on the system and managed to print off another piece if paper saying pre paid and estimated charges 0. I'll be doublechecking before we leave he garage next week.

Thanks, I will be double checking everything as well. I don't prepay for fuel so am expecting $0. Have a good holiday
