Used wrong Alamo link

Hi,

I told my father in law to book through Alamo brits for the free extra driver.

He hit the wrong link and only has a 10 percent discount.

Has anyone else done This?

If so did you get the issue resolved?

I thought the Brits offer was 10% anyway?

Also, I would check other Alamo providers (Virgin, Discount Florida Car Hire, Auto Europe) as you may find it cheaper elsewhere.

Brits is up to 10%. Sometimes it's 9%.

I would imagine you'd need to cancel and rebook it through Brits website in order to get the extra driver. Brits is seen as a 3rd party agent by Alamo... I really can't see them adding on the extra driver for you.
