How do you go about getting a refund when booked through Virgin Alamo?

You get the option to amend your booking, there's a link at the bottom of your confirmation email. You will automatically create a refund.

You have to manually cancel and then rebook with Virgin. Not as quick as with Brits but it is achievable.

Thank you. I booked it as an add on to our VH booking and was told there would be a cancellation fee if we changed our minds. It was a good price at the time when compared to Alamo or Brits Alamo (who we usually go through)

The way you have done it there will be a fee as its tucked into a package. A stand alone can be cancelled. No help to you I know, sorry!

Do I need to buy the guidebook to be able to book through alamo brits?
