I was just coming on here for merlin pass help, hoping as yours is recent you'll be able to help!
When you look at the passes it has the annual pass and then membership - do you have to purchase both? I was assuming that the passes kind of included everything but if that's the case then what's the membership for? Thanks! |

As soon as I posted this I realised - its for buying the pass and then paying for it monthly isn't it! Doh!

You have to pay an outright charge aswell, does that come off of the total or is that ontop of it? |

That is on top of... so Gold annual pass works out at GB£ 219 if you pay ouright or GB£ 229 if you pay monthly (GB£ 49.99 1 off charge plus the monthly fee for 12 months).
We paid outright as part of the black Friday deal at GB£ 169 I think it was. We have booked Legoland which was a saving of GB£ 250 for 2 night and 2 days at the park then 60 pound for the first use at Lego Discovery centre. Therefore savings = GB£ 310 so far so almost the cost of 2 passes. Much more to come over the next 10/11 months!
