Problems uploading documents to Fly Ready

We have just been trying to upload our vaccine and test result documents to Virgin Fly ready but keep getting a message that the test result certificate is unreadable, even though I'm using the original PDF from Breathe assured from my emails.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Can you try doing it via screenshot?

You can do it manually, it�s simple you put in details of the company you used the date the time and then a picture of the email confirmation print out and upload it that way.

Thanks for all your replies, we just can't get it to work. We will just take paper copies to the airport instead!
