Fantastic travel day and you got to a park on your first night. I’m impressed!
I wonder if the $10 booking fee is just an airport thing or for all trips. Have a fabulous time.

Can I just ask about the Universal Annual Passes, did you buy these before you went and if so from where? How did they compare cost wise to a 14 day option?
