We're you asked about close contact for 14days prior to travel?

I've read a couple of people being asked at checknin have you been a direct contact of a positive case in 14 days?

DS comes out of isolation 2days before flying which makes us all direct contact within 12 days. If he has his proof of recovery letter and we've all got our negative tests why would they ask that?

I'm worried I'm going to get to the desk and that will be the question that scuppers us!

Has anyone been asked that?

As far as I'm aware the definition of a close contact is spending more than 15 minutes within 2 metres of the person.

Perhaps it depends whether that was the case with your son while he was isolating?

You have to testify the following to be able to board:

"I / we have not been in close contact (e.g. less than 2 metres for more than 15 minutes) with a person who has tested positive to COVID-19 in the past 14 day"

Was the same for us getting on to Disney Cruise Line.
