Cirque Du Soleil refund

I just checked my credit card statement and happy to report the refund is there today. Guess they must be doing a batch of them. My show date was 7th May and I was starting to wonder, so I emailed them last week. Fingers crossed for everyone waiting

My refund is through for 14th May... I didn’t do anything just ignorned the email

To be fair to them they are actually one of the companies that do refund as per their policy give or take a day or too, they tried the we've got to send your refund request to Disney with me but I told them thats rubbish at no point did emails or my credit card payment mention Disney, they did refund just before the 30 days

I got my refund automatically 20 days after the show date (9th May) so they may be ‘catching up’ now on the refund process.
I also made £7 on the lower exchange rate. 🙂
