Will be reading with interest as I'm hoping to do Orlando to Chicago next year so I'm after some Atlanta/Nashville/ St Louis inspo.

Your trip sounds like our kind of itinerary. A few years ago we did this:
We did Atlanta 1 night
Chattanooga 1 night, Nashville 2 nights, Memphis 2 nights, Natchez 1 night, New Orleans 3 nights, Pensacola 2 nights, Jacksonville 1 night, Hilton Head 3 nights.
We have done quite a number of road trips including California, New England, Outer Banks etc

Oh brilliant!
We have done trips where we move about in the past but not to this extent and not by car. It is a lot of movement but I feel like if we could handle it in Asia last year, then we can deal with this lol.
