Eurostar and Hotel Package

I wonder if anyone can help or give advise?

We have Eurostar train and hotel package for middle of September with direct trains to Disneyland.

My problem is that we are unable
To quarantine back on arrival into London. I also understand that Eurostar are starting to cancel direct trains but our are still showing as operating at the moment.

We also bought annual passes as well but we’ve been sent temporary passes until we can collect the main card. How long do you have to activate these passes if we can’t travel anymore?

We rebooked our Eurostar tickets free of charge for a date start of next year. You can do it on the app online or at st Pancras. Depend who you booked with. Separate or a package. Disney will also let you rebook or cancel up-to 7 days out.
Just phone them.
