Universal ticket refunds

I wonder if anyone who has had a refund on their Universal tickets could give me an idea of how long it took them to refund to you,

Orlando Attractions are telling me after 9 weeks they haven’t been refunded to them yet and I’m not sure I believe them 😢😢😢

Did you ever get your refund? We were told 12 weeks by Orlando attractions. It's now more like 19 weeks. We spoke to them a couple weeks ago and were told we were getting near the top of the list but are getting concerned we may not get ever get the refund on our Universal tickets.

I wouldn't be 100% sure that Universal are at fault, some of the big TA's hold the tickets "on option" so don't actually buy them until they "have" to, even though you may have paid. I can only say that as far as my AP was concerned, Universal were excellent. Disney however took ages.
