Santa Fe - closest blocks/rooms to parks?
Looking at the layout of the Santa Fe Hotel, it looks like some rooms could be much further away from the parks than others.
Any recommendations on which blocks are closest to the walkway to the parks? Presumably a specific request could be put into the booking, though not guaranteed of course? Am I right in choosing a room close to the reception isn't necessarily any closer to the parks? Thanks |

You will either be closer to reception or closer to the parks. But it is a difference of maybe two minutes. Not worth paying extra to be near the main building.

As above, I’m not sure it makes a material difference in time or distance. I can’t remember which block we were in but it was on the walkway but the kids always found a reason to want to go to the reception in the morning or evening time so it made no difference!

We've just returned. As a large group we stayed in block 26, block 45, block 46. Close to the parks but still close to reception. Didn't pay any extra to stay here. It looks big but actually isnt that big once there.

Just back we stayed in block 49 room 11 basically across from shop. Didn’t make a lot of difference to the walk to the parks and we were close to bus stop but the closest to the walkway would be Luigi or Mater riverside rooms.

Neither of the value hotels are big. Not difficult to get to either the path or the bus.
