Refillable mugs

I'm guessing that my under three year old won't get a refillable mug as she doesn't have DDP? She only drinks milk or water anyway but she may feel a bit left out if we all get them! Would be grateful for confirmation!

Thanks. I thought that would be the case. Maybe we'll her buy her a special cup in the parks before picking the refillable ones up!
