Local time for booking ADRs?

We are in the lucky position of being in Florida for our ADR day for the November trip, at what time in Florida can you start booking? Is it 7AM?

It will be 6am online, 7am on the phone.

( unless your ADR day is from 29th October to 5th Nov, then it will be 7am and 8am, as at that time Florida will be 4 hours behind GMT due the difference in when we change the clocks)

Thats cool, we are off on a road trip to the keys on ADR day, but can book the important ones over coffee before we leave :-)
