Taking Food into Tokyo Disneyland
Hi everyone, our Japan trip is fast approaching and we’re dokng the final bits of prep for the holiday.
We had planned on taking a few snacks into the parks. We will be buying some of the amazing snacks on offer there, but wanted to take cereal bars and some sweets. Is this allowed? I’ve seen that the website says to use the picnic areas, but we wondered whether this was for proper ‘packed lunches’ or all foods. Any advice would be much appreciated!

We took snacks in without problems at all.
Just bear in mind that in Japan people don't generally eat whilst walking around (and this really does make a difference to how clean and tidy everything stays!). This might be why there is a reference to picnic areas. However sitting down on a bench is absolutely fine to eat. If you fancy trying some of the many flavours of popcorn, be prepared for long queues! And they really do love their popcorn buckets! |

That’s brilliant, thank you you’ve put my mind at ease and it’s good to know about walking and eating - finding a bench sounds like a good idea!
