Do you have to pay for parking at Disney Springs?

FYI you cant get to the parks from Disney Springs if your thinking of parking at DS and getting a Disney Bus to the parks. You can only get buses to the resorts from DS and then from the resorts you can get a bus to the parks

Some cynics like me also think the reason you cant go straight from a park to DS via Disney Transport is so that if you are staying onsite, you'll invariably go via your hotel & visit your room and leave your in-park purchases there.

Then when you're in the World of Disney at DS and your offspring sees something they like, out comes the wallet again as you have nothing to placate them with (left it at the hotel).

Don't get me wrong - this is not a criticism. Disney are a [very] efficient money-making corporation!

FYI - Wasn't planning to do that anyway. Only reason I ask is that last time I went it was "Downtown Disney" and they didn't have a multi storey so thought maybe they had started charging!

OP. They are really good. What I like is there is no hunting around for a space. They have lights above every parking space and you just hunt for a green light which shows it's vacant. Saves going round and round.

your right Disney are very efficient money making corporation. but don't forget you can always send your purchases to your room from DS and the parks. no need to go back to your resort, just forget what you just bought cause you don't have it with you and buy MORE

They do charge for valet parking at DS that's $20 and I think its only at 3 parking areas.

Actually they now run buses from the parks to Disney Springs from 4pm every day - this has been ongoing since sometime in 2017. No return service from Disney Springs back to the parks though!

(There are also a number of work around routes e.g. taking the bus to the Contemporary for MK, or to the BC to Epcot...)
