Which beach town an hour from Miami

To cut a long story short... we're finding staying in Miami a bit of a nightmare... hotels expensive and parking a mini bus a challenge. If we dump van at airport we still have the added expensive of two large ubers (2 families) into south beach because of luggage. So our other option is to travel down from Orlando and stay at a beach resort which is an hour from airport. Where would you stop, what hotels do you recommend, best beaches, eateries and lastly somewhere which can accommodate the beast van. Oh and on a budget.
Lol not too much to ask.

I would recommend Deerfield beach. Good beach, restaurants and hotels. You can pay more for a hotel on the beach or stay a bit out of town for better prices.

We're staying in Deerfield Beach this year the night we land, at the Wyndham which is right on the beach.

We've booked for last night at Deerfield Beach Wyndham hotel. Sad not to be seeing Miami this time. But I can plan for future 😉
