Aug/Sept Plan with ADR's and FP's

Here is our plan for the end of August into September. We are 5 nights onsite with DDP so I booked ADR's then to maximise character meals and shows.

We are a family of 4 - DS is 9 and like Star Wars and any fast rides. DD is 6 and likes Princesses and tame rides. Mum(me) likes tamer rides. Dad likes all. Some of the FP's we'll split up with faster rides for DS & Dad.

I plan to make some additional FP's for the offsite days if we don't get our choices within the first 5 days. Some family joining us on the offsite days who don't really do rides and the plan is for more shows / meet & greet.
ADR's have already been made.

Do we have any obvious FP gaps? We aim to do rope drop where we can and leave the park at 4ish unless we are staying for RoL or Fantasmic.

Also is shopping on Labour Day Saturday sensible? Will it be crazy with kids? Or should we do pool or park instead?
Any comments welcome

Any suggestions for snack breakfasts or QS lunches would also be good for the days that they are needed in the parks.

HS on your first day - I've never breakfasted there, and to be honest, I find it the weakest park for QS meals. We tend to hit ABC Commissary for lunches, simply as the air con is so welcome and their nuggets/burgers are simple and "do the job"... nothing remotely special though.

For MK, Casey's Corner is pure Americana for a QS lunch. Again, food standard fare, but it is very Disney.

Epcot for QS meals - the World's your oyster (literally, with World showcase... sorry). My personal favourite there for QS is Katsura Grill in Japan - chicken katsu with a Japanese beer or even a Sake

Are you doing Springs at all? Nice for an evening, and loads of nice QS places to eat if you don't want full on restaurant prices.

Have fun
