photopass+ - worth it?

I'm heading to DLP in just over a week and I've been looking at the photopass+ but I can't seem to find very much detail! we likely won't be doing many character meets, although I'm hoping to do a few for our fave characters, but I would like as many photos as possible from the rides - is it worth getting the photopass+ just for this? or is it cheaper to just buy all the photos from the rides themselves?

most things I've found say it's not worth it for just the ride photos but I'd have thought that's where the most spending would be! any advice would be much appreciated

I've decided to buy one for the first time. It's around £60 I believe.

You would only need to collect five or six ride photos on your pass to break even, based on per-ride prices. Individual photo prices start at around €10 for a small, unframed picture, and go up to €25-30 each for larger shots.

I think it'll be worth it, especially if you get a handful of character meets too.

We didn't see many around the parks. The only photo passes that were available for the rides were buzz lightyear, big thunder, hyper space mountain and tower of terror.
They had a deal on when we went last week €20 for two framed photos so we bought tower of terror. It worked out at €10 for each framed so was a great deal, there were two of us.
We didn't see anyone walking around the parks which is a missed opportunity but in the larger character greets they are available like the incredibles etc. For the normal meet and greets within the park I didn't see any photo pass people. Also depends on when you're visiting and what is open rides wise...
We also bought a non framed photo and that was €10, so €5 between us. If you spent €17 you would automatically get the image framed with a deal they were running. Have a great time!

Indie2312, I'm intrigued by you saying there were only four rides for Photopass usage. This is the official list:

DISNEYLAND® PARK

Meet Mickey Mouse, Fantasyland
Princess Pavilion, Fantasyland
Starport, Discoveryland
Star Wars: Hyperspace Mountain, Discoveryland
Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast®*, Discoveryland
Big Thunder Mountain, Frontierland
Pirates of the Caribbean, Adventureland

WALT DISNEY STUDIOS®PARK

Meet Spider-Man™, Backlot
Rock 'n' Roller Coaster avec Aerosmith, Backlot
The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror™, Production Courtyard

------

Were Pirates and Rock n' Roller Coaster closed on your visit?

I'm referring to the others that were closed last week yep quite a lot are closed for the upcoming months so I just meant to check beforehand.

I'm fully aware there are in the meet and greets indoors but I was just referring to the ones outside dotted around Park Disneyland etc also it is subject to change as with anything there! What they said was available for rides within extra magic hours was incorrect so always best to check.
