Overnight stay universal

Have booked villa package with VH July 2019 ,but would love some advice about booking 1 night universal to get folps. Guess will need 2 rooms(5 adults 1child). Can you check in early and get 2 days folp? Staying for 2 weeks - when would best time be to book in to universal? Maybe end of first week? Is booking direct with universal best way to go? Any help much appreciated

Yes you can arrive as early as you like.the room key is your express pass and you get flop for both days.this applies only to hrh,rpr and portofino.we like to do it half way through the holiday x

Trivago , BA and Virgin are all good places to look for hotel deals. Also use a cashback site for Expedia etc can make a dent if you get a decent rate.

Yes would need 2 rooms as they only sleep up to 5. Check in early on the first day, leave bags at reception and straight into the park then head back in the afternoon to the hotel, get your room, have a swim and chill for an hour or 2 then back to the park for the last couple of hours.
Second day pack up leave bags at reception and back to the parks on early opening. Stay in park as long as you want, back to hotel, collect bags and leave. Only pay for 1 days parking too so it works out a great deal.
Also to note the folp pass that you get is valid to use on the same ride as many times as you want rather than the park Express pass that can only be used once on each ride.

Check a few different hotel and cashback sites to see which is cheapest for the date you want. I’ve booked through hotels.com, lastminute and direct from Loews previously.

The express passes are great and it’s so nice to be able to get the boat or wander quickly back to your hotel for a break and at the end of the day!

You can buy both, the unlimited one is just a bit more expensive

If you book with hotels.com and see a cheaper price before your stay they will price match so you dont have to change your booking.

We did a one night stay and definitely recommend it! We booked through sunshine holidays I think it was called and only paid £1 deposit which was handy at the time. Would definitely do it again especially if traveling at peak season.

Just book Royal Pacific on Expedia. Price was good and got 15% cash back on Expedia
