Best “at home” teeth whitener

I normally buy a breath freshener toothpaste without any whitening claims.

Feel like I could use a boost.

What have you found to give good results? Looking really for something I can buy at Boots or online.

Not dentist treatments or whitening systems that cost loads with gels and mouth trays.

I know about crest white strips but a bit wary as I’ve read they make your tooth overly sensitive.

Thanks! 😬

Try combining lemon juice with bicarbonate of soda into a paste, it does work.

I love the crest whitening strips! I know they are usually only available in America but I have seen websites where you can order them to the UK. Or through some Facebook groups they will bring them back from the US for you.
They make my teeth a little sensitive for a couple of hours after but I wouldn’t say overly sensitive! I don’t be have a problem drinking cold drinks etc after!
I have definitely found them the best out of the different options I have tried before that (I.e blanx, the ones various reality stars flog, etc)

They were talking about whitening toothpaste on supershopper (chan 4) tonight. I did not catch what they said but you should be able to catch it on catchup.

Crest whitening strips, they are amazing BUT if used to often your teeth will feel sensitive, this feeling only lasts whilst you do the treatment. In addition to this if you don't want to use the strips. Crest 3D white mouthwash is AMAZING, it literally gets in between your teeth and foams up, honestly your teeth are gleaming afterwards, I've used this for over a year and compared to the strips there is no sensitivity or damage to your teeth.

I always but the crest strips when go to Florida, Walgreens sometimes have some really good deals. Try and do them every 6 months but my god they make my teeth so sensitive! I had to stop doing them of an evening as the pain would stop me from sleeping. I don’t think I’ve ever managed to do a full pack as it just gets to much

I’ve tried the 3d whitestrips and they are amazing. One other option is Janina toothpaste from Boots, it’s about £11 but the only thing I’ve tried that comes close to the US white strips.
