Christmas Day in Disneyland
Hi, i'm just looking for any advice from people who have spent Christmas at the resort. we are going this year and I am looking for tips and advice of the best places to eat (maybe even somewhere that does a traditional Christmas meal?) and what to see on Christmas day.
thanks in advance |

Are you asking about Disneyland in California or Disneyworld in Florida.

Hi Memphismum,
Firstly - welcome! If you mean Disney World Florida - will you have tickets to the parks? I have a recommendation for a restaurant but it's in the Magic Kingdom park. It's Liberty Tree Tavern (traditional American Thanksgiving style meal which is fairly similar to our traditional Christmas fayre).

When we went in 2011 we gave Disney a wide-beauty on Christmas Day itself & went to the ice-sculptures at Gaylord Palms -it was Shrek that year & absolutely fab!
We had dinner there too which was a good buffet with roasts etc available |

If you're going to MK on Christmas Day plan on being there early, it's been known to close at full capacity before noon.

We've done Christmas Day in MK. It was amazing! We were staying on site and got in there just before 7am. 10 rides done by 10am then breakfast at CRT. Fast passes booked for after breakfast including parade then left about 3 and had lunch at whispering Canyon cafe followed by chip n dates bonfire. Fab day!
