I think the cinnamon buns are now only in Gaston’s tavern MK but they did used to be in the Main Street bakery too. I just haven’t been in there recently; so they may still have them. Outside of Disney I know you can get Cinnabon at Universal.
The weather was mostly great whilst we were there. We had a couple of cooler misty mornings but the sun burnt this off by late morning. The temperatures were mid 80’s for most of our stay and humidity was low. We didn’t need cardigans at night for the fireworks. We were in shorts and summer tops.

Interesting read, definetely too much food on the DDP we have only done it the once and were fed up of eating by the end of it and took loads of treats home.Totally agree about the fizzy drinks they are huge and full of gas,we have started having water and add our own flavour enhancers in the little bottles (easy to carry around).

We have the dining plan when we travel in September. I am now struggling to see how we will use it all. I am not a fan of the Goofy range of sweets so may be converting my excess credits into Ghiradelli bars.
In the past we have had teenagers with us and they always manage to use our excess credits for us.

Thank you to everyone for the positive comments. Hopefully it has helped people who are wondering if they can manage on a limited budget,

Great food report! We stayed offsite for a week in October and managed to keep food spends to $70 per day for 2. We also took cereal and other snacks with us and frequently ate breakfast in our room, although splashed out for our evening meals with sit down service and sometimes alcohol.

Great report, it’s good to see how far your money can go in the parks. We’ve never been on the dining plan before so we do try to share food in the parks, unfortunately as it’s with the kids the amount of chicken nuggets I don’t really want to eat gets consumed! We find fizzy drinks really add the price on everything so I often got a drink but always asked for water too so we share. We are doing qsdp for the first time so it will be nice to try all the snacks we don’t indulge in normally but as we are used to sharing it will be interesting to see how we manage to spend our credits!

Great report and refreshing to learn that $50 per day (or less) for 2 people is possible
