Haha! It was probably much like my DH's reply when I mentioned he had to get on a bus to the pool!

No amount of convincing is going to make us happy to get on a bus to go to a packed pool and then have the chance of not even getting a sun lounger.

We're really not sure what to do, checking availability on the Disney site shows hardly anything available in the Deluxe category except club level. If money was no object then maybe!

I've decided to phone VH about it - but I've been stuck on hold for 20 minutes and they close at 7!

This is proper stressing me out!

I’m extremely annoyed about this. We changed to AKL to avoid the work at CBR and I was particularly looking forward to the pool there as it’s so beautiful. I don’t want to downgrade but anywhere else will be too expensive. This has really put a downer on the trip 😟. Not sure what to do now if they’re not offering moves at similar cost.

Im on hold now, hoping that I can atleast get a room situated looking out onto the savannah rather than the construction over anything else.

AKL is our home resort, and will be very disappointed (I am already tbh) if they cant do anything.

I was checking the Disney website and AKL - Jambo House wasn't appearing on the site anymore. Unsure if they've just removed it from sale until they update the site or they're genuinely sold out of all rooms for our stay.

Gosh that is rubbish and not a great response from Disney. Sounds like its extensive eork if its running til fall 2019! We are booked for Aug 2019 but might look at SSR or OKW if they ever become available 😊 good luck on getting moved people🌸
